Reviewing creative is a back-and-forth. Approvers weigh in, comments get traded, decisions land — and the context behind each one matters as much as the decision itself. This week, we rolled out Ad-Level Approvals in Adora, giving marketing teams a more granular, conversational way to move ads from review to launch.
With this release, each ad can be approved, rejected, or left pending on its own terms. Threaded comments and easy filters then keep the focus on what needs attention.
So why does this matter? Nielsen aptly titled its 2025 Annual Marketing Report "Chaos to Clarity" — capturing exactly what marketing teams are navigating right now. Between adapting strategies on the fly and stretching every dollar further, marketers can't afford friction in the in-between work, and they have high hopes for tools that can move them from chaos to clarity. Ad-Level Approvals is one of those. It brings clarity to a process that's too often left to lost Slack threads and best guesses.
Approvals as a Process
Each ad creative can be individually marked as approved, rejected, or decision pending. This allows the queue to proceed forward without an individual ad holding up a batch.
Context as a Throughline
Comments are now threaded to individual ad creatives, providing a succinct view into the history of the creative process. Easily see what was rejected and why. Quickly understand the feedback and revision history that led to a current iteration.
Focus with Filters
Immediately see what needs your attention with multi-select filters that cut the noise. Sort by approval status, comment status, or both to find what's blocked, what's waiting on you, and what's still open.
Try it Today
To get started, head to the Approvals view inside any active project. Every ad now carries its own status, threaded comments, filters, and history.
Improving Your Flow
Thank you to everyone who continues to provide feedback about how you use Adora, as it helped us design Ad-Level Approvals. We hope you enjoy the context and convenience this new update offers, and we look forward to continuing to improve your experience on the platform.
