Reddit Business Manager
Connect your Reddit account to Adora
One invite, two parts: the business invite and a role on each ad account. Reddit offers a Skip for now button between them — click it and Adora joins your business with access to nothing. That is the most common reason a connection stalls.

Choose your access level
Both parts are required either way. The access level only changes the role you pick on each ad account — Creator for the level selected above.

Before you start
You need to be a Business Admin to invite members. If someone else on your team holds that role, send them this page.
Have the list of ad accounts Adora should work in. Every account needs the role applied individually, and Reddit lets you select up to 10 at a time — if you run more, you'll repeat step 4 for the rest.

Log into your Reddit ads account as a Business Admin. Reddit member roles reference ↗

Open Members — Click the menu icon in the top-left corner. Under Business, select Users, then click Members in the left-side navigation.

Invite Adora — Click Invite New Members, then enter
reddit-developer@adora-ai.com in the Email addresses field and press enter so it appears as a tag.3
Set the business role — Select Member. Members can't manage your business assets, but they can hold a role on individual ad accounts. Leave Advanced roles collapsed, then click Next.
Do not click Skip for now on the next screen. It completes the invite without giving Adora access to a single ad account — the invite looks sent, and nothing works. Steps 4 and 5 are the part that actually grants access.

Part 1 of 2Add your ad accounts — On the From your business tab, search by name or ID and check every ad account Adora should work in. Up to 10 at a time.

Part 2 of 2Set the ad account role — In the dropdown beside each account, select Creator. Apply the same role to every account you checked, and leave Administrator unselected. An account left without a role is an account Adora cannot see.

Review & send — Click Confirm, not Skip for now. Adora will receive an email to accept.

Confirm it worked — Pending invites appear under the Invitations tab. Open Adora's entry and check every ad account is listed with the Creator role. If Adora shows up with no ad accounts, the invite went through without step 4 — see below.

If something is missing
I clicked Skip for now
Adora is in your business as a Member with no ad account access. You don't need a new invite — open Business → Users → Members, find Adora, and add your ad accounts with the Creator role as in steps 4 and 5.
We run more than 10 ad accounts
Reddit caps each pass at 10. Complete the invite with the first 10, then reopen Adora's member entry and add the rest in further batches, applying the same Creator role each time.
Adora is listed but some accounts are missing
Roles are per ad account, so an account that was never checked in step 4 stays invisible to Adora — there is no error and nothing on your side looks wrong. Open Adora's member entry and add the missing accounts.
The invite still says pending
Adora accepts by email, so a short delay is normal. Pending invites sit under the Invitations tab. If it is still pending the next day, contact your CSM —
