TikTok Business Center
Connect your TikTok account to Adora
Adora needs one asset: your TikTok ad account, shared with us as a partner in Business Center. It takes two parts — adding Adora as a partner, then sharing the ad account with the right role — and about five minutes. You can revoke access at any time.
Partner — Business Center ID Ad account role — Operator
1
Choose your access level
Both parts are required either way. The access level only changes the role you assign on the ad account — Operator for the level selected above. Analyst is read-only: Adora can report on your ads but cannot publish them. You can upgrade later.
2
Before you start
You need Admin access to Business Center. Only a Business Center admin can add partners. If that's someone else on your team, send them this page — they can complete step 3 on their own.
The ad account must be owned by your Business Center. An account owned by an individual and only linked won't appear when you share assets. Check under Accounts → Advertiser accounts → Filter → Owned by this Business Center.

Part 1 of 2Select your account — Check the ad account you want Adora to work with. Not listed? See My ad account isn't in the list below.
5
Part 2 of 2Set the role to Operator — Operator is the minimum level that lets Adora publish. Analyst is read-only and publishing will fail.
6
Confirm — Click Confirm to send the invitation to Adora.
7
We'll take it from there — Adora accepts the invitation, connects the ad account and runs your first data sync. Your Customer Success Manager will confirm once your TikTok data is flowing. There's nothing else to accept on your side.

If something is missing
My ad account isn't in the list
It's most likely owned by an individual and only linked to your Business Center. Only accounts owned by the Business Center can be shared with a partner. Check under Accounts → Advertiser accounts → Filter → Owned by this Business Center.
I don't see Partners in the menu
Adding partners needs Admin access to Business Center. Ask your Business Center admin to open this page and complete step 3.
We chose Analyst and publishing isn't working
That's expected: Analyst is read-only. To let Adora publish, the ad account needs the Operator role. Your CSM can walk you through the change.
How do I remove Adora's access?
Anytime, in Business Center: Partners → Adora AI → Remove partner.
Need help getting connected?
Your Adora Customer Success Manager is ready to walk you through it — including getting your Business Center admin to share the account.
