The Marketing Metamorphosis: Taking Flight with Adora

Marketing is in the midst of a metamorphosis. From frankenstacks of martech tools to rapidly shifting audience behaviors, it’s a lot for any individual or team to keep up with. Despite the frustration, confusion, flatlined budgets, and mounting expectations, light is creeping through the cocoon. Daily pain points for marketers are dissipating as they discover new ways to operate, shedding repetitive tasks to focus on more meaningful, strategic work.
Campaigns are getting in flight faster and with more creative variety than ever, helping the right message truly find the right person. Teams have more signal to make decisions quickly. The entire system is gaining momentum, and the speed bumps of the past are irrelevant when you’re soaring.
That’s the future we’ve been building for at Adora, and we have even more developments about to take flight.
Marketing on the Ground
Yet, many marketing teams feel grounded. Budgets are flat while expectations are higher, and 56% of CMOs say they don’t have the resources they need to execute the strategy they already committed to.
As teams look for answers, tools meant to help are multiplying and updating faster than anyone can learn them. The martech landscape now has over 15,000 options to choose from. Too many of those tools don’t talk to each other well, if at all, leaving teams with a new type of busywork and new speedbumps.
Even teams holding onto classic tech stacks are being flooded with updates. We’ve all been there: quickly closing out of a new feature modal when we launch an app so that we can get to our desired task more quickly. Knowing what’s possible and where to focus attention is more difficult than ever.
The Cocoon of Change
To date, that's meant meeting marketers where they are: building for the tools they're already in, delivering against the goals they've set, creating in the formats they need most, and helping them decide what to do next.
Take Figma: rather than asking creative teams to leave the tool they already live in, Adora connects to it with a seamless plugin. Reporting works the same way, measured against the KPIs a marketer already set rather than a generic score. Formats flex to match wherever the brand needs to show up, built from a single source asset sized to order across platforms. And creative insights keep answering the question that used to take a spreadsheet to answer: what worked, and why.
The results carry the point better than we could. Brooks Running doubled its ROAS running 1,500 on-brand variants across 40 products, and goop saw ROAS climb 117% with production times cut 5x. In hospitality, Wyndham used the same approach to build creative for every guest cohort across its portfolio. And in auto, one dealer group cut cost per acquisition 50% while lifting click-through rate 40%.
Marketers with Wings
We’ve removed the speedbumps for creative variety and velocity. We’ve given brands visibility into what works. So what’s next?
Marketers are already running faster. Now it’s time to help them fly.
To support that marketing metamorphosis, Adora is evolving. We are fundamentally changing how people operate inside our platform. From asking Adora what’s possible to delivering on it, we’re helping marketers unfurl their creativity, move more strategically, and soar.
Functionally, this will mean quite a few updates over the coming weeks and months. Our users are already experiencing the first phase of this, live on the platform today. Everything is being built in a glass box, so users can see how new features are functioning and retain full control over their projects.
Soaring Ahead
There’s a term that permeates throughout our team: no roads. It’s a nod to how we’re forging a new path forward, and it’s even more apt now that our vision for the future of Adora — and the future of marketing — is taking flight.
If you’ve been following us closely, you already have a sense of what’s guiding our compass: helping brands grow by providing marketers with the operational velocity, creative variety, and performance visibility they need.
We’ll have more to share publicly as all-new capabilities are tested and improved, so stay tuned!
