Quick-start checklist

The short version, for every time you review.

• Open the To review group. It holds everything waiting on your decision.

• Read the comments on each ad. Context before you commit.

• Approve, request edits, or reject. Approve to move forward, Need Edits to send back for changes, Reject to turn down.

• Say what needs to change. Your comment is what sends an ad for edits, so write it as you go rather than saving it for the end. Give a reason if you are rejecting.

• Go in bulk when you can. Select a group and act on it all at once.

• Change your mind anytime. Undo an approval or rejection from its group.
