Ads are grouped by status, so you always know where things stand: In Review, Approved, Rejected, and Currently Revising. Each group header carries a count, so you can see your workload at a glance.

• Jump straight to a group. The status selector at the top of the page lists each status with its asset count — click one to jump to that section and expand it.

• Open a group to see its ads. Use the arrow on any group header to expand or collapse it. In Review is open by default; the others start collapsed.

• Check the comments first. Notes left on an ad show as a comment count on its tile. Select several ads and click Comment to post the same note to all of them, and use @mentions to bring a specific person in.

Once you know what you're looking at, you're ready to act on each ad.
