Duplicate ads across ad sets

To run the same creative across multiple ad sets (for example Broad, Lookalike, and Retargeting):
Copy the relevant rows.
Paste them at the bottom of the sheet.
Update the Ad Group ID on the new rows.
If you need to, you can also vary other fields per ad set — like a different Destination URL — but the ad group ID is the one that has to change.
