Import your sheet and set the tracking number

Set the tracking number before you upload — it's easy to forget.

1. Open the three-dot menu on the toolbar and select Edit tracking number (the Adora tracking ID placeholder).

2. Enable or disable it per column, depending on whether the placeholder was used:

   1. Ad Name — enable if the placeholder appears in that column; disable if not.

   2. Destination URL — enable if the placeholder appears here. Some clients reuse the ad name inside their URL, so check this column even if you've already enabled it for the Ad Name.

3. Click Apply to save.

With the sheet filled in, bring it back into Adora.

1. Download the Google Sheet as a CSV.

2. In Adora, go to Publishing → Import CSV and upload the file. Large files may take a moment.

Once that's done, the auto-fill columns — campaign name, ad group name, and the rest — should populate. If there are any errors, you'll get the option to download a file with error explanations.
