Publishing
1 min read
For a handful of ads, the spreadsheet is more work than it saves. You can build and publish each ad on its own instead, and see where every creative stands across generation, approvals and publishing as you go.
Set the orchestration details per ad. Campaign and ad group are set on the ad itself, so two ads in the same batch can go to different places.
Send one ad to several ad groups. The same creative can run in more than one ad group without duplicating it, which is the individual equivalent of copying rows in the sheet.
Edit in bulk when it helps. Orchestration details can be updated across several ads at once, so choosing this route does not mean editing everything singly.
Check the outcome per ad. Each published ad shows whether it succeeded or failed, with a link straight to the live ad on the platform.
Use the spreadsheet when the volume justifies it, and this route when it does not.
