Each row is one ad. Some columns come in blank and need your input; others fill themselves in. Fill in these:
Ad account — the account you are publishing into. It is in the address bar when you are on that platform's own page.
Ad group ID — or Ad set ID, as Meta calls it.
Ad name — include the [adora-tracking-id] placeholder, typed exactly as shown in the sheet. On publish, Adora swaps it for the real 5-digit tracking number.
Primary text (plus any alternates).
Headline.
Description.
Call to action — in a specific format: all caps with underscores for spaces, for example SHOP_NOW or LEARN_MORE.
Destination URL — [adora-tracking-id] can also be used here if you need the ad name in the URL structure.
You can leave these blank or hidden:
Campaign name and Ad group name — these auto-fill once the ad account and ad group ID are added.
Everything after the Destination URL — those columns feed Adora's auto-labeling; you do not need to touch them.
Identity — the page or account the ad runs from. It usually defaults in correctly, and it is easy to switch on the platform later.
Tip: paste a small preview of the image into a column using the =image() formula so you can eyeball the product and any offer text without opening links. Image links expire after 7 days.
